We are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company's operations, optimize business performance, and support our next phase of growth.

Job Overview

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, and executing strategic initiatives that drive sustainable growth. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership, the COO will oversee operational functions, improve business processes, enhance organizational efficiency, and ensure alignment between departments.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive experience managing large-scale operations, supply chains, cross-functional teams, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all operational functions across the organization.

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term objectives.

• Manage key business functions, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, supply chain, and field operations.

• Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop scalable operational frameworks to support business expansion.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to execute strategic business initiatives.

• Establish and monitor KPIs across all operational departments.

• Ensure seamless collaboration between Sales, Finance, Procurement, Technology, HR, Legal, and Operations.

• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Optimize cost structures while maintaining service quality and operational excellence.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve business performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing operational teams.

• Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and executive dashboards for senior management.

• Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

• Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or Business Leadership.

• Proven experience managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics, procurement, and operational excellence.

• Experience leading organizational growth and business transformation initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and business performance.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
