Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records at assigned field locations.

• Handle cash management and expense tracking at operational centers.

• Assist in inventory and stock-related financial documentation.

• Coordinate with the head office for financial reporting.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly financial reports.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.

• Support audits and verification processes at the field level.

• Assist in receivables and payments tracking.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Maintain accuracy and completeness of field-level financial data.

• Support smooth coordination between field locations and the Accounts & Finance department.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts or field operations.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Willingness to travel and work at different locations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

• Ability to work independently in field environments.

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
